All orders are shipped by FedEx Ground on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 9AM PST. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 9AM through Friday 9AM PST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 9AM PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
Once your payment is authorized, we aim to deliver within 14 days of receipt of your order. Due to the fact that we keep our inventory low in order to have high quality products for you, we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
